Non-Medical Transportation

Agape Healthcare Services will provide Non-Medical Transportation services to individuals living in the community. Non-Medical Transportation is designed to provide individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities the opportunity to access meaningful day activities. Non-Medical Transportation will support the person to safely travel to and from their home and their day program setting or job.

Non-Medical Transportation services will allow the individual to remain active and engaged in meaningful day activities and provide the person a safe and reliable transportation service.

Agape Healthcare Services will provide Non-Medical Transportation services to individuals to and from their home and day program services.
