Agape Healthcare Services passionately believes inclusion is for everyone and offer services through Home and Community Based Medicaid Waiver programs and partnerships with other community organizations.We are dedicated to support persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to live as independently as possible in the community of their choice. Our team members have 11+ years’ experience supporting persons (and their families) with IDD to be healthy and safe and build the skills necessary to live a person-centered life. We pride ourselves on creating a family environment where each person’s unique goals and interests are respected and supported.
