Mentorship

Agape Healthcare Services will provide Mentorship services to individuals living in the community. Mentorship services are designed to support individuals to develop self-advocacy skills. Service delivery may include providing exposure to community environments and experiences, interviewing potential providers or generic support professionals, and assistance with participation on private/public boards, advisory groups or commissions. Agape Healthcare Services provides Mentorship services in the community at the time and location chosen by the individual. Individuals design and determine their goals and objectives with support from Agape Healthcare Services and are assisted to utilize Mentorship services effectively and efficiently.

Mentorship will support individuals to become more knowledgeable and confident self- advocates. Mentorship will allow individuals to develop and exercise skills necessary to make informed decisions and build independence.
